They didn’t have the earbuds I wanted. BUT if I were a DJ, this place is where you need to go. So many options with mixers, speakers, monitors and more. It’s really organizer chaos. Nice and helpful staff. Too bad they ran out of what I wanted.

I had a Denon record player and speakers I got back in 2018. It got maybe a couple months of use before my rabbit chewed the exterior cords and it went in a bag in the closet ever since. I took it to World of Stereo and they were not sure if they could do the repair but I could leave the damaged right speaker and turntable with them and they would call me the next day when the technician was in to talk about the repair and cost. I didn’t get a call so I called them and the technician had already fixed the right speaker! I was woahhh what are you doing I didn’t even know if the repair was possible and we didn’t agree on price! If it’s out of my budget then I can’t do it. He told me it’s going to be $80 for the repair. Ok crisis diverted, that’s a fair price in my opinion. I asked if they could buy it off me and he said it’s too old. They call me later that day, repair is finished, went well. It’ll be $80 for the speaker and $120 for the turntable. I was shocked and told them no it’s $80. They said they could UNDO the repair by reinstalling the broken cords… That to me sounded absolutely absurd. They then tell me they can buy it for $75. So either pay $200 for MY equipment or sell it
